Jackson Daniel Scott

Jackson Daniel Scott, 18, of Quincy, passed away Sunday, June 1, 2025, as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Champaign County, Ohio. He was born in Sidney, Ohio on January 10, 2007, a son of Daniel O. Scott Jr. and Misty Michelle (Hall) Wren.

Jackson is survived by his father, Daniel (Alice) Scott; mother, Misty (Jeff) Wren; four siblings, Blake, Addison, Danae, and Caydence; five step-brothers, Izach, Gunner, Jeffery Jr., Hayden, and Collin; grandparents, Jeff Hall, Dan (Karen) Scott, and Joyce Lehner; and his girlfriend, Justice Davis. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Tina Hall.

Jackson was a 2025 graduate of Riverside High School and Ohio Hi-Point. He was employed at Walmart in Bellefontaine and Shadybowl Speedway.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at the Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, 210 W. Hayes Street in DeGraff, where Pastor Peter Citerin will officiate a funeral service at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Greenwood-Union Cemetery in DeGraff, Ohio.
