Dennis Michael Fry, 82, of Quincy, passed away peacefully at 8:48 p.m. on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at Shelby Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation in Sidney, Ohio. He was born in Bellefontaine, Ohio on March 29, 1944, to the late Donald Edgard Fry and Ruth Beatrice (McDonald) Fry.

On May 27, 1967, Dennis married Marilane (Foster) Fry in Jackson Center, Ohio and she survives, along with a daughter, Michelle and Ward McBrien; four grandchildren, William and Jillian McBrien, Wyatt McBrien and Shauna Skipper, Mike Seeling and Sara, and Adam Seeling; two great grandsons, Abel Seeling, and Wileyx McBrien; a sister, LaDonna Heath; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Dennis was preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer Fry-Seeling, and a brother-in-law, David Heath.

Dennis retired from Stolle-American Trim in Sidney following 45 years of service. He was a lifetime member of Quincy Methodist Church where he operated the sound system for many years. Dennis was a member of Bogg’s Lodge #292 F&AM and Scottish Rite Valley of Dayton.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
